yes, it's worth it, being that you have alot of mods done to your engine...but most importantly is to get it tuned. the ones on ebay are good as long as you buy it from a good seller that does good work. and make sure it's crome ready as well..

well for one, getting your ecu chipped is good and IS required for advanced tuning and ect. anyways. and 2, how good will the chipping benefit you? well it depends on what you do with that chipped ecu, you can either buy a premade/pretuned chip from places which is a gamble with performance or you can get your car professionally tuned on a dyno. just my :2cents:

alright thanks. but how much would that run me? i mean i dont have that many mods to my car. engine wise anyway. just intake and full exhaust but i was planning on getting some skunk2 cams and have the time set. so i was wondering how good it would be.

well if all you got is small bolt ons, then chipping wouldnt be really nescesasacasary ( spelling ownz lol ) just run off the stock ecu or whatev for now until you get them cams, then tuning or chipping will get you power :taun:

you got OBD2? eh your gonna need an OBD1 ecu and conversion harness to be able to tune or chip

get a conversion harness from www.boomslang.us (never seen a bad harness or issue from him and they are cheap). stay away from the jdmshit and skunk conversion harnesses.

i can socket/chip your ecu or get you one already socketed/chipped as well as dyno tune. your best bet is to tune it once you get the cams so you are not tuning it twice.

feel free to pm me for information.
