ACT PROLITE and STREETLITE are all 1 piece design. I believe ACT does not make any multi-piece.

I used to have the act pro lite, its good to go. And its one piece. Now i have a Fidanza 2 piece. Loving it. And its rebuildable. There both pretty good to me.

Street-Lite is kind of heavy... I have one, and it's heavier than my stock Type-R flywheel.

How much does the stock b16a2 flywheel weigh? So if i get the exedy flywheel(10lbs) or the act pro-lite(9lbs), how different will it drive? I heard you can lose some torque also, is that true?

go with the exedy. It is chromoly steel, not aluminum. It is stronger and a one piece desigh, so reliability will not be a concern. The one pound difference between the act and exedy will not be noticeable. As far as reliability goes, I have had three aluminum flywheels and one exedy chromoly. The exedy lasted longer than both fidanza's and the other aluminum one I had (cant remember brand...)
