so i was given a pr4-5 head

as the title states i was given this head from a friend of my dads and its apparently a LS (B18A1) head but he said it was JDM.... what would make this a JDM head? casting number? where can i go to look up casting numbers?

the only thing that makes it jdm is the fact that it originally came off of a car in japan instead of here. theres really no difference.
