ok so my friend wanted to sell his 240sx...he dropped the car off to me , gave me the title...
i sell it for 3k...keep 300 and give 2700 to my friend that owns the car
the bill of sale only says "1993 240sx fastback se 240k" has the buyers name and adress and my signature only as a witness
now the guy calls me today says he doesnt want the car, wants a refund...dropped the car off in my driveway...
now do i tow this shit off? or what? i know it wont even hold up in court since how shitty the bill of sale is and the title is still under my friends name...
