Whud up IA? Well I know that most of you all are well connected on here, so can someone refer me to an attorney that will help me in my law suit again a Cell Phone Company? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I guess it would be a Consumer. They gave me falsified information now I have a REALLY HUGE phone bill and they are not going to anything about it :rant: . I have tried everything in my power to settle this but no response.

How did they falsified information? are you sure you read that fine print... =]

It was a verbal upgrade, you know when you call in to pay your bill they ask if they "can do anything else for you" or try to sell you something or upgrade your plan because you go over your minutes too often. It is in regards to international calls, I took the name of the person and her supervisor etc.... And they still do not want to give me credit. It is a VERY long story.
