Yeah i used to drive an 88 GTU. If any of you have gone to the drift fury events you've probably seen it. It was red, had a jacked up rear quarter panel, and it was loud..
Heres a picture of it

Sold it early this year. Just got another Rx7. This time, i bought a Turbo II like i've been dying to get.
Its pulls really hard. Looks stock as a rock on the outside for now, but the motor was fully built by Juan Del Gado (spelling??), and has lots of work done to it...
Can't wait to get it to a drift event.

The Turbo is decent... :D

I need a better radiator... But im working on it.

I'll get some more pictures tonight or something. But yeah, it's pretty clean, and its fast.

I know what it dyno'd back when the motor was in somebody elses car...
BUT Im kind of keeping it on the DL... It makes a lot of power.

I'm joking son.

Nice to see you got a nice ride.

A turbo II is one of the cars I'd love to own.

LoL i know man. I learned that back in the day when i got worked up over nothing once :lmfao:
And ya im glad to finally have something worth looking at. Just need to get suspension, cage and wheels....
I've been trying to find a TII for a while now, just found the right deal and it was sold!

Very True!! It runs like a top, no irratic idling or heat issues. It was built right.

Congrats on the ride! :goodjob:
Thanks!

^^^ lol, they're not hubcaps... they're the stock TII alloys that came on the car and FD wheels on the rear.

LoL yeah no hubcaps. I had all the stock wheels on it, but i picked up a nail in one and had a set (the ones you see on the rear) with new tires on them anyway so i tossed them on.

So close!
Rear wheels are MK4 non turbo supra wheels. I actually have the other two just have to get tires on them, and its probably the set i'll be running for a while as street wheels. 16x8 will be on the front, and the other two are 16x9 for the rear.

Saving for baller wheels after i get coilovers and get my seat in.

Hopefully this one will have the same never dying spirit of the red one. I swear even Tyler couldn't have killed the red one.

Bahahaha I hope so tooo!!! That car never died!!

And yeah Tyler should have bought it hahaha. That way he would have had a car that always ran!!

As a matter of fact, the old red car STILL RUNS. They guy who bought it from me keeps it in his backyard, and starts it up every so often to go jump it and shit. Kind of sad :( , but the motor is still running strong :lmfao:
