Need an Alarm Uninstalled

I got a 99 civic ex, with a rattler 300 alarm system that looks like its been rigged all ghetto-i need it all take out because its all messed- help me out i live buy the mall of ga-- i need you to come to my house cause the alarm has a setting that kills my engine...and i think this is the problem im having...

i need the whole box removed and the wires put back to original... cause i have honda key less and alarm, and someone installed a rattler 300 BS alarm in there witch is retarded....need it take out and all wires put back to regular coniditon

Just reconnect the black/white wire (starter wire) and cut the rest of it out. Just make sure you tape everything up after you cut it. If I lived closer I would do it for free.
