thats what people say, but i wonder how much of it is in their heads.

ya know because they were told it would happen

which is my point, how much is in your head because you were told it would happen.

i mean dont get me wrong i take it too and i feel the boost but i wonder how much is in my head. but i dont care cause i get the boost whether its actually happening or in my head lol

but it could be a placebo effect also, i've never tested it.

my b complex vitamins tasted nasty though.

i just bought some new dietary supplement called JETFUEL.

24.95 for 120 capsules (40 servings)

Just bought it to review it and see how it works.

seems like a good supplement.

Vitamin B3: 25mg 107% daily intake
Vitamin B12(important): 333mcg 5558% daily intake.

i certainly agree that it does give me a boost, but i switched to a multivitamin as well, that contains plenty of the B-complexes.

i will also agree that there is no replacement for NAME BRAND pharms. Generic OTC pain relievers are one thing, but prescription pharms there is no replacement for the name brands...
