Im looking for the video in which a man running from the police in a red suv clips a car on an on-ramp, this causes him to swing all the way to the center barrier. When he hits it he rolls many times which causes him to be ejected. Cars driving in the other direction run over his body. Im looking for the uncut version which has the audio of the camera man talking to the pilot. searched... couldnt find it. THANKS!

And if any one of you knew anything, you'd know that happened on the I-285/I-20 junction on the west side over by Six Flags. Yup, that was here. Cops were chasing him on suspicion of fraudulent checks.

now I know this justice system is pretty effed up sometimes, so I have a question.

lets say he survived the ejection, but died when that car ran over him.... could the driver of the car get charged with involuntary manslaughter?? or could the family of the deceased sue the driver?

^i dont think so, because the driver wasnt at fault and it was unavoidable. but then again everyone sues for everything nowadays.

damn your the man...
no problem

they would get charged with manslaughter, but it would probably be dropped unless they were proved to breaking the law at the time, ie: speeding, illegal lane change, talking on phone. But the amount of effort to charge them would probably be put towards the publicity the original police chase got.
