Well last night was fun. I ran the viper in the video. Its following mods are supercharged, cams, headers,straight pipes and gutted out inside for road racing and roll bar and some big ass 335 slicks. The driver said the car weighed at the track 3,020 without him in it he was 150 or so. I had a passenger and on street tires and we actually ran about 5-6 times and same results everytime except once. We ran 45-140ish and stayed dead even till about 135-140 and he pulls a car on me and never moved. I raced that same race 3 times and thats how it went everytime. I didn't think I would win, but I did once not sure what happend I jumped out a car and started pulling and he shut it down:???: . I don't think I did bad consider what I was running a gutted out supercharged Viper. No A/C No heater or radio for him.
Either way fun night got to do some runs with a very quick car and would like to do it again when better prepaired and I'm sure the same with him.

You have said time and time again that you do not spray and you have a stock shortblock with head' and cam plus the usual bolt-on's. This is not rocket science. You are either spraying nitrous or you have a larger cu in. motor. or both? I know that your car is fast and everything,but if you are on a truly stock shortblock,there is no way you are making that kinda power without spray.By the way my car is running again and should be retuned and ready to go for the coming up weekend!:cheers:

Oh, some minor corrections on the Viper specs: the car is not that light, but it is lighter than stock. Also, no roll bar. No shame in getting pulled by the Viper. Every one had a good time - great to meet you all. Very nice cars all around!

I was just quoting EXACTLY what he told me after the race about the weight and what was done to it. This was beofre you got there not sure if he was lying or not but hell it doesn't matter. He said he was making somehwere between 600-630RWHP that night. It doesn't really matter what my car has. Hell I may have 2 turbos hidden under my motor :ninja: . The truth is I own a shop and work on cars just like mine everyday so I often change shit on my car all the time. Everytime I bring my car out the setup has been changed on it. Just because I don't post a thread everytime something is changed on my car doesn't mean it doesn't happen. I may have larger cubes I may have a fogger kit I may have a stock 346 shortblock like it does everytime it cranks up;) . I had several people walk up to me and tell ME what is done to it:lmfao: that night after the viper run. I think ALOT of people under estimate the Ls1 as a motor when you really try to get everything you can out of it instead of just throwing some parts on and alot of money at it and think its gonna make power. I will be ready to run yours anytime you want to go. I know your cars fast so it will be fun;)

Just to clarify what happened on this race:

I gave slowhawk the jump.
I gave slowhawk his race (start speed of 40/45).

I pulled slowhawk by a car length 3 times every time we lined up even.

Slowhawk never pulled on me -- I reeled in his jump advantage , came even, and pulled him a car length up into 4th.

That's about it. On a 40/45 roll, at this power level, the jump matters.

I think it was very cool of slowhawk to run knowing what I had that night.
I popped my hood, told him what I dyno on pump tune, and he knew what the deal was -- I, however, had no clue what he had. And I still don't.

It will probably rain donkeys before someone tells me if or how much he was spraying or what his exact mods were............ ;)

But hey, props to slowhawk for keeping folks in the dark. He knows what he's doing with vettes. It definitely surprised me -- it seemed 100hp faster the second time around (which was 2 nights later). Traction control issues or some new hairspray? Not sure. For all I know, he's got a giant beaver on a treadmill under the hood.

not really, i raced hydroshutter on here and i know his car has ALOT of money invested in it and i only have around 5k in my car (also buying uneccesary parts i dont need) and i think i was out in front by a fender. Ill let him chime in here

How you figure? His car cost twice what mine did. I just put the difference in the turbo setup.I really don't believe he has a stock shortblock anymore. The viper has aerodynamic's as well,and if it truly is a ls6 stock shortblock,he is making at the most 525rwhp.We will find out.My spaceship role's out pretty good. :yes:

Can't wait to run either. My car IS STILL STOCK SHORTBLOCK. The viper did have the weight and aerodynamics on me. I also had a passenger in my car;) . The Viper was quick it should be its blown a LOTS of weight reduction with full exhaust. My car is full stereo and heavy wheels and tires Here are pics of the inside of my car. No gutted out car here. Full interior NO weight reduction at all. I will be glad to run the Viper again it was fun and no bullshit. I'm sure everyone says I have this that and the other but the thing is I'M THE ONLY ONE who knows whats done to my car because I work on it and build it how I see fit. Whoever anyone talks to thats says they know whats done to my car is a lying sack of shit and does not know and are just guessing:blah: :blah: :blah: :blah: .

No its not my car its a cutsomers car I did. I was just messing with everyone because you all know my set up;) . I have changed my set up so many times I don't remember whats done to it half the time. You can't just pick the most expensive name brand part throw it on there and make power. Throwing money at a car doesn't make it fast just makes you go broke fast thats it. I have raised my hood countless times and there is no nitrous. I heard some dumbass tell me I had the bottle hidden in the front bumper. Thats not only :gay: its stupid as hell:yes: .
