Where can I get a personal trainer?


looking to work out and get bigger/stronger, get in shape, and learn some basic MMA/kickboxing/etc


I know I can just go to knuckle-up or LA fitness, but I guess i'm looking for a private gym/trainer

I know of one, but she stays in the Kennesaw area. Willing to drive?

She use to personal train at LA Fitness, but has graduated in Health Exercise Science.

i might be able to help ya out for lower fee than anyone else!!! i have 5 friend that are personal trainers with weights mostly, and my best friend is a boxer!!! i know lots about working out with wieghts and what to take to put on some bulk, and maybe if you threw him a few bones hell teach you some basics on boxing.
