I am thinking about hiring a personal trainer, although I'm looking for a more personal gym class



if anyone knows of anyone good or where I can get a personal trainer, please let me know.


I'm looking to work out, get in shape, mainly get bigger/stronger, and to learn some MMA/kick boxing/etc for some cardio


oh yeah, I need to know how much it costs per how many visits

cost= too much solution= buy a bench and wait set at walmart... cardio= run

You really don't need a personal trainer...just get a membership to a gym and pm me with your age/weight/height/bf % (if you know) and your goals and we can talk it over

Got a friend that's a PT at LA Fitness so I'll speak with him to get more info. :)

He's also a light heavy weight boxer so he could help you a bit.
