need some help

ok so im a total noob at all of this, i had a 99 passat but it got totaled after some dumbass rear-ended me, but now i have a 98 2.8 A4, and wanted to know some good inexpensive upgrades to get some more horsepower cuase im in school and need to try and conserve the money i make

any tips would be great ... thanks

Truthfully there is not a lot out there for that motor as far as performance goes. You can get an intake and an exhaust and free up a few ponies, but other then a Supercharger all gains are going to be minimal.

lol. ya that engine is going to be hard to work with if you keep it NA, boost is and you'll have good power, and once you do that i'll hate you...lol
