no if you are running u might want to get there earlier to practice. they have a website not sure of link.

I'm not running. Just going to hang out. I checked the site and didn't find a start time.

Acutally the one they are talking about is at Atlanta Motor Speedway and it's basically an 1/8 mile track where you can "street" race legally.
