This turbo has no shaft play or bent fins.
Spins freely.. A/R 42...No waste gate or down pipe

It will fit a t3/t4 flange manifold, and the downpipe is a 4 bolt but!!{ I have a 4 bolt to 5 bolt adapter} I will throw in for free.
