wow, that sucks. I wanted to get the CTR...well with that being said, if rupertaker sells it before I can get the loan, does anyone know how to import cars over here and how much they will cost and all the info on registering and all that. Interested in it because I really wanna get a CTR...might get one for a college gift. :D :D :goodjob: :goodjob: But I still have to make half the payments but thats cool with me.

Get ready to pay like $4k or so to title it.

There are ways to get around things, you can easily get a R32 Skyline here or something for 4k. Just gotta know where to look.

if you have to ask how much it is, then you don't have the money or connect to do it.
There are numerous of ways to title the car, you could do a vin swap, have all the paperwork and crash test records of the car or convert to u.s. standards, or just pay someone like stated above. Most people who know how to do it won't really tell you how, I'm just giving you a direction to look in.

1. fuck you i have plenty of money
2. of course i dont have a connect...if i did, why would i post here? isnt that the point of this message board?

no need to be a dick...all im asking for is some info. if you cant answer my question then move on to the next topic.

I say buy a similar wrecked car. take the vin plates off and have it retitled as rebuilt or salvaged. takes less time and wont cost a shit load. I have a couple sets of S14 vins and titles just for importing JDM cars.

I know someone who can do it in Florida, and then you can x-fer it to GA, if you like. He charges $2500 per title. That's how my R32 GTR is being titled, which is actually in process right now!
