k24 question....

so i was just nosing around on a jdm motor site and noticed a k24 longblock for 900 bucks...what kinda money and trouble would i be goin through to drop it in my da?????

Here are some of the things you are going to need:
Tranny(icbmotorsports.com for about $2200)
ECU
Axles(about $200)
Hasport mounts(you have to go to their website to see about pricing)
You might need a conversion harness im not sure.
That is all i can think of right now

alot of wiring and custom lines.
then you have labor +/-1100
header(400)
new exhaust(200)
That is all i can think of right now

well the mounts are only 550, header 325,kpro 900, and you can find a tranny for less then that. hell i have a whole k20a2 swap for 3k so i know you can find one cheaper. i would do it. thats just my .02.

Don't get the K24, 900 is alot for it. Just get a K20 swap.
