Mostly rock...any kind of rock. I've gotten into some rap over the past year or two. I don't mind techno either, but I don't follow it. I mean, I don't know any techno artists or anything...

I don't know...I'll listen to damn near anything and enjoy it. I haven't been able to get into much country though. I find that odd...country music is the only genre that people single out as not liking. People may not like rap, but they don't say, "I don't like rap." I've only noticed people saying "I don't like country."

Oh well... :dunno:

I like rock mostly...

I do love nirvana though.

I don't know how I feel about Nirvana...sometimes I like them, sometimes I just don't feel like listening to them.

"Polly" is my favorite song though...I don't get tired of that one.

90s alternative/grunge/rock
jam bands (Umphrey's McGee, Keller Williams, DMB, etc..)

I honestly listen to a lot of different kinds of music (just kind of go through phases), but I can always come back to the two listed above.

its kind of funny to me

anyway, my two favorites would be sublime and nirvana. but i listen to anything, as long as the musoc is good. lots of hardcore/rap fall into that.

read sig please

I am what's referred to as a "Junglist". Meaning I like "Jungle" or Drum & Bass. Although they are very similar there are slight differences between jungle and drum & bass....but I'll spare you all the details.

Throughout my life, I've been through many styles:
Grunge - from the early 90s till.....mid-90s.
Metal - mid-90s to late-90s.
Black/Death Metal - late 90s - 00s

I woulda stayed into rock had it not been for the advent of "pop punk" taking control of the radio and making me so angry that I totally boycotted radio except for Talk Radio. To this day, theres nothing on radio that I enjoy other than some talk radio (Savage Nation ftw!).

But during the end of my black metal days, a lot of trauma started to happen in my life and I came to the conclusion that I couldn't focus on the negativity and anger that Black Metal caused me to feel and I took a 180 and started to get into House music (specifically Jpop and Kpop) and from there I started to get into Trance a lot. I had always had an interest in electronic music but I lived in the boonies and had no internet (or satellite or cable tv) so my access to anything other than classic rock and metal from my family was extremely limited.

But I got into Trance and I still love it. But anymore, the direction that trance is taking is pissing me off so I've been getting into jungle more and more. Ragga is my main thing. Something about a combination of reggae and drum & bass that just gets my blood pumping in a good way:bump:

EDIT: btw, anyone looking to try out some jungle, I'll do some uploads and post the share links on the forums if anyone is interested.
