a few of you will remember when i posted that my ipod was stolen. it was taken from inside my house. for a few weeks i basically considered everyone a suspect. i thought about everyone who had been to my house and judged their integrity. it was a terrible feeling. thinking someone was a friend, but then having to second guess them really sucks.

after i judged everyone, some new info came in that was surprising... there were a few others that had been in my house while i was away. to be specific, while i was out at dinner with my girl and nick (evolunchbox), my old roommate (mike aka mr. kidd) came home to grab some clothes since he was in the process of moving to dave's (aka 2jz240).

so mike, dave and decker came by the house while we were out eating dinner. by the time i came home, they were long gone and i didnt even notice they had been here even though mike left the front light on...

the next day im about to run some errands and i go to the kitchen to grab my ipod, but it wasn't there. WTF... where did i put it? so naturally, i start looking for it. i looked in all the couches, in my room, my bathroom, my car... only to realize it was nowhere to be found.. WTF...

then i look where i usually keep it and realize that my charger was missing too (a brand new charger i just bought a week previous). now it was obvious that someone stole it. if i had misplaced it, i would still have my charger... WTF.

so thats when i started going crazy.. jacked from my own home. FUCK! i started calling all the people i thought could have done it... but then thinking about it and talking to them, it made me realize that my friends just aren't the kind of people that would do this type of thing (which is why they are my friends).

so i finally called mike to tell him what happened... he then tells me that he stopped by the house the day that it disappeared. WTFUCKING SHIT... so i ask.. WHO THE FUCK WAS WITH YOU?????? he tells me dave and decker.. and instantly i start assuming shit again..

now decker has been to my house before and we've chilled and i've never had an issue with him... if anything, i think he's a really nice guy and not the type of person that would steal. so that leaves dave. he had been to the house once and from that one time, i felt he was shady but never had any real reason to think that... it was just a feeling.

after deductive reasoning... i was convinced dave took it, but i had no way of proving it and at this point, it didn't matter any more... my ipod was gone and even if dave did take it, its not like he's going to fess up and return it. so i took my losses and as pissed off as i was, there was nothing i could do about it. just have to chalk it up as a learning lesson and be even more paranoid about who i let into the house. (if you know me, then you know that i like to minimalize my risks).

this is where it gets good...

a few days ago i get a call from my old roommie, Mike aka Mr. Kidd. he starts grillin me with questions about my ipod... what color was it? how many gigs? how many songs were on it? etc etc... and then he tells me, HE FOUND IT IN DAVE's ROOM!!!


WTFUCKING SHIT ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS HOLY GOD DAYUM HELL I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT MOTHERFUCKER. HE'S GOING TO DIE!!!!


apparently, mike came home from work and all the lights were on, all the doors were opened and on the table was a copy of a warrant... so mike looks around a bit and goes into daves room and what does he find, MY FUCKING IPOD and CHARGER.

this just goes to show that you can't trust no one these days. mike thought dave was a good guy and even stuck up for him when i was convinced he stole my ipod.

so the moral of this story.. FUCK DAVE DARBY aka 2JZ240



theres more details that im forgetting but you get the jist of it. Mike let him in the house (cuz mike still lived there), and while mike went upstairs to grab some clothes, dave went 5 finger shopping in my house.


i hope he gets convicted of all those felony counts against him.

there was a warrant due to dave being a scam-artist. i can't go into details cuz i don't really know all the details. all i know is that there is an investigation going on and dave is the culprit. he has fucked over numerous people... my ipod is just pennies in comparison. that is why i decided not to call the police cuz he was already in jail and facing alot of felonies.
