I'm trying to edit some pictures I took earlier after it rained, they're kind of hazy, but not blurry. What tool should I use to take care of that? I'll +1 if you can help.:goodjob: Thanks.

Actually, I just got the effect I needed adjusting the lightness, but Ill hit you anyways.

The light on the wet pavement seemed to be reflecting.
