I don't mind Harrington and Norwood in the backfield. I enjoy watching Norwood play, and I don't think Harrington can do much worse than Vick:2cents:

we ARE the laughing stock. i miss the feeling of having a winning team in atlanta, it really brings everyone on the streets together for a common cause.

i remember how alive the city was back in 95 (i think that was year braves won world series). considering how everyone always said we would never have a winning baseball team in atlanta.

turner field just had the biggest turnout in its history last week, so maybe the baseball program is back on the rise. but this is a huge setback for falcons that will take years to recover

shokley is badass, but lets admit vick is just entertaining to watch, i meen look hes the number one reason why people buy tickets to the falcons games...people often forget that the nfl is a "BUSINESS" its not like college where your not getting paid to entertain.

Vick is done in the NFL no matter what happens with this trial. He will never again be considered one of the stars, not like he ever was to begin with. Yes he's entertaining to watch unless you are a falcons fan and you see him throw bad pass after bad pass. Falcons will be around 7-9 this year and a non factor in every meaningful game. Harrington will start for the first 5-7 games then Shockley will come in and finish the season. They have more talent this year than they have in the last 4-5, but thy still dont have an NFL quality QB.

If Harrington beats the odds and keeps them at least in the playoff hunt all seaon, I see Vick being cut or traded to free up cap room and the falcons going after a new QB either in free agency or through the draft. Vick cannot play in Petrinos system, so they will do what has to be done to get rid of him.
