straight to the bone.... i need to get a tranny for a d17 non vtec motor..... or i'd rather do a k swap straight out and need a price exactly...... can someone please help me with this one... its going in an 05 civic lx

Knowledge Performance did a K20a2 swap in a SILVER 03 EP3, K20A ITR swap in a black EX coupe long before phillips was even thought of. They also did a K20A3 swap into a black EX coupe with a greddy turbo kit that i raced with my old black CRX. i pulled on him lol he was pissed cause he spent like $15,000

To the OP, K swaps into those chassis will run you anywhere from $5000-10,000 depending on what motor you want, and including the auto to manual conversion.

Best bet is to just buy a used auto trans, and fix your car, sell it , and buy a used EP3 or RSX Type-S
