Tires for hx Wheels

ok so i need new tires for my hx wheels and was wondering what you guys recomend. i want a tire that grips well but has decent tread life. i was also wondering if i could fit i larger tire on the wheel over the 185/65/14.

these were intentially suppose to go on some HX wheels but the guy pulled out on selling the wheels so im stuck with these tires i bought it for $50 a peice, they are Douglus Performance GT-H very good handling and grips very well i had used the same brand on my last wheel

basically the going rate on them they quit making them too. falken came out with a new verison. 9 something. there weird lookin. stiffer sidwalls tho something the 512 sure as fuck doesnt have.
