i was thinking about buy a buddy of mines skunk2 springs for a ep3, and i have a 02 rsx, was wondering will they fit on my car

Try to look at an application chart and check the part numbers.

Also, try each dealer for part numbers or dimensions of the OEM springs.

not really, there isn't that much of the difference in the weight of the two cars. But to answer your question, no, the springs are different.
