Turbo w/ vtec. Double power adder! B16 or GSR. IF you go LS turbo make sure you get some good head work, and some forged internals. If you don't, it's about time to take your pistol out and kill yourself. Good luck with your endeavors.

moneys no prob...and i just want a killer engine so pardon me for asking...im leaning more towards turbo its just that i dont think i want to spend the time on ls/vtec but itd probably be worth it and boosted ls is...well its boosted ls haha
