Ok, I pretty much only watch Animal Planet lately. Two of my favorite shows are Animal Precinct & Miami Animal Cops. I can't believe how cruel some people are to their pets. :no:

I would absolutely love to do what these guys do as my job- fighting animal cruelty. Does anyone know if there is something like this I could look into in Atlanta?

These Animal Cop shows you see are basically just Animal Control people. It's the same thing they do. Just call your local Animal Control office. Fulton County has a pretty large set up, more like what you'd see in Detroit or San Francisco. Later, QD.

You have to apply for Animal control the same way you apply for the police or fire dept. It's the same application in most counties, then you take a written test and you have to pass a pt test. Go to the website of the county you want to apply with and click on the link for employment. It should be pretty self explanitory.
