cat/weld/clamp help

ok so im gonna cut my cat converter off (welded on for some reason) and i was wondering do they make a clamp that can with stand that kind of heat and where would i find one at if they do because i really dont want to weld it on again. good idea or no? thanks in advance:D

just weld flanges on that way you can take it back off if you need to
