Im wondering if its possible to do an auto to manual swap on a 1st gen is300? Reason why im asking is because im new to lexus and worrying that it might be too advanced or expensive.

It's pricey but not that expensive.


The cost also varies depending on which tranny you want to use. w55, w58, R154, V160, v161...

PS: Our auto trannies hold more power than the stock w55 tranny... Built it can hold up to 500+ rwhp.

A good torque converter and a valvebody upgrade should be enough for good launches and faster shifts.
