Dezod makes a P&P head and they are about to come out with a intake manifold as well.... Turbo + P&P head + Manifold..... 300+whp

THe only swap that will fit is a K20... and im not spending $6000+ to have 220whp when i can drop $4000 and have more hp and boost

P&P head is only $1400 and this is what it did....

"The results are in! This head produced some massive power gains that we did not expect. The baseline was done on an automatic D17 with our bolt-on S1 kit, which made 164whp and 142wtq @ 5 PSI. (The next step was just adding the port and polish head, and retuning) The new results where 208whp and 211wtq @ the same 5 PSI! This is a net gain of 44whp and 69wtq. Now 200whp 7thgens on less than 6 PSI are no longer a rarity, they are a norm with Dezod Motorsports."

edit... ^^ on a stock automatic civic... manual tranny is another 15%hp gain

211wtq!!!

upgrade to a bigger turbo and custom intake manifold.... then additional internals down the road.... Cam, Pistons, Rods, etc.....

I wanna stick w/ the D17 because taking a motor that has 100whp and giving it 250-300whp is pretty impressive imo

I suppose, but I don't think you'll spend 6K on a K20 swap...4K I think. Spend the other 2K on a boost setup, you make 300whp easily without any internals or anything else. The D17 honestly (IMO) sucks. But its your car and if thats what you decide to do, then amaze us!!! lol You're ride is clean as fuck though. :goodjob: :goodjob:
