I highly doubt its real. Who would sell a authentic Mugen header for $125, much less $15 bucks...

Also, are you gonna boost your car, or do a swap? I see that you have mentioned both.

Boost prob.... the motor i was gonna get was missing a lot of what i needed and i priced out a turbo kit for $2600 and P&P head from Dezod for $1400.... together will produce 300-325whp. For around $5000 for a Kswap id be at 220whp..... i did the math and Turbo is the way to go

judging from the welds and the crooked name plate it's not real, plus the real mugen placard isn't even welded on like that...


I woulda bought it, picked up some metal polish and cleaned it up, then sold it on here for $75.00 :2cents:

im gonna take the mugen badge off of it.... Its not a bad lookin header really. I'm not expecting a performance enhancement from it.... I'd toss some viagra in the gas tank if needed. :D

I bought a full 4-1 header off ebay for like 75 when I had my gsr swap in my del Sol. I needed a header in a hurry and was short on cash. Looked pretty much the same, but didn't have the mugen tab welded on. I was actually pretty surprised with how well it held up to my abuse. Keep it clean and the bronzing/purpling will stay even and not spotty. It did its job well and looked decent while doing it.

1000% fake. Mugen doesn't make a header for the D17. That is a cheapo with a fake mugen logo welded on.
