I need to find a roomate to take over my lease in athens (east side)
250 month + 1/2 of electricity. water, garbage is included. Currently no cable or internet but can be installed if desired.
ample parking space
on the busline. walking distance to McDonalds, Kroger, Blockbuster, Wachovia, Subway and various other goodies.
it's a duplex house. side by side. So no one lives above or under you.
