I have a carbon fiber one thats been on my car for like a month or two then i decided to put the wing back on. Its a vis and i bought it for 500 so shoot me an offer if you want it.

Not a design flaw really. It is just designed to push up the added weight of the wing. You just have to either use the key, or buy regular lancer/Evo RS trunk hinges.
