Tein vs Progress

which do you guys think are better??? Tein basics or Progress full coilovers???

im ready to slam the civic but i have no idea which to buy.

If i get the Basics will i have to get the upper pillow mount?? i was told i would need it to adjust the camber but I was also told that only 01-03 required it...i dunno

i had tein coliovers when i had my civic and i had tein springs on my 350z, they both felt kinda soft for my taste
