What channel is that? Is that the new show on Court TV with the people who go and try and solve murders and or other cold cases? Or is that a phsychic something.

I haven't really watched much, just caught it while browsing for Cops, wasn't sure if that is what you are talking about.

That show you are referring to is crap, I think. That is called Most Haunted. Ghost Hunters comes on Sci-Fi channel. For the most part, I think that show is real. But as with anything on TV, it's very hard to believe. Later, QD.

That's the same show. Sort of. Ghost Hunters is the name of the show. TAPS is the name of the organization that does the show and a network of ghosthunters across the nation. Later, QD.

Question for you QD. I have actually seen a guy being possessed at a church retreat one time. He wa speaking some unknown language and my pastor's wife was actually communicating with him in.... arabic(??). I was pretty young back then, but I still do remember.

He was going wild, so everyone tried to put him down, but he got so strong and nobody could get to him.

Now that I think about it, it was pretty scary, but i didn't realize at the time. What do you think about that? and how do people get possessed? Or is that what I should ask to my pastor? Thanks. Lolol. Later, AS.

that's called speaking in tongues, and churches use it to scare people into submission.

This person wasn't necessarily possessed by a "demon." The unfamiliar language is called speaking in "tongues." That's basically an ancient or archaic language that was used waaaaaaaaaay back in biblical times. These people that do that are actually just praying and they get into it heavily, almost putting themselves in a type of trance. What probably happened to this guy was he got so caught up in the moment, or prayer, that he was going "nuts" and had to be contained. This is not uncommon in religions that practice the speaking in tongues ritual. Later, QD.
