Well as you all know my car is getting sold this tuesday :(. Recently i found out that my front passenger side axle boot is leaking grease. I think i can change this myself, but at the same time don't want to do anything wrong because the new owner is driving the car all the way up to MI. If some one can give me a helping hand/tools to do this either today or tomorrow...it will be very much appreciated :).

i would if i didnt have to work. its not to bad, just takes time. and how long has the boot been ripped? if its not been to long then get a new boot and re-pack it with grease and it should be fine. just to save u some money

funny thing is the boot isn't torn at all. It seems like it's leaking grease from the clamp seal...it's been slowly leaking grease for about 2-3 weeks...no clicking noise. It could be just that the clamp needs to be tighten up, but i have both boot repair kit and a new axle...just to be on the safe side.
