Ricochets are no joke man. I got hit by a ricochet and subsequently had to have my pinky amputated cause they couldn't save it. Damn thing hit me in the pinky, I didn't feel it at all, I look down and see my finger was dangling and blood all over me. I was like "Oh shit, I'm shot, I'm shot...." Nobody believed me cause I was still as calm as I could be granted the situation I was dealing with. I am lucky it was a finger though and anything else. That was January, in April and currently over here in Afghanistan, no love, LOL......

.50 cals, can usually hear them travel through a valley. Not as big as the arty round here in Afghanistan, but they rip through the air.
