Talladega Grand Prix Track Day Aug 9th

There wil be a Track and Tune Street Car track day at Talladega Grand Prix on Aug 9th. Some of you have already had a blast on this 1.4 mile road course, but for those of you who haven't I highly recommend it!!! The track was re-paved earlier this year, and they have expanded the course to go behind the grand stand area. To have the track for the day is $1500, with a max of 12 cars. So figure $125-$150 depending on how many participants we get.

Please let me know by end of this week if you can make this date. If I can get enough folks I'd like to have the track reserved by next Monday. Please forward this to any fellow auto enthusiasts that may be interested in attending.

It will be first come first serve, well first pay first serve!!

Well, my dad went there last weekend for go-kart racing, and he said he did not like the track. In his words, "It's worse than it was before"

ive driven that track a bunch and I like the new set up. the surface isnt as abrasive due to a repave. the only thing now is you cant run it clockwise. In my words, " Its better than it was before":goodjob:
