id wait like 3 months or so till it comes down to the typical $300 level. Thats just way to expensive for a console imo.

$499? Please tell me thats just the bundle that has every option? I will NEVER pay $500 for a game system, then on top of that the games will start out at $59.99 also, Both the new systems can suck my dick if thats the case......

i doubt any of the new systems will be around 300$ anytime soon...
why preorder now? why not wait 6 months, and preorder 1-2 weeks before release........

^ the eb games i went to was only gettting 30 and i got the 29th... if you guys remember when ps2 came out if you didn't get it preorder or stand in line for 24hours, you had to pay 750-1000$ on ebay or just wait 6months. so if you want it for x-mas i would preorder

you should really check out 360 screen shots, b/c xbox is better than ps2 and 360 will be the devastator to the industry, i look at it this way i would jump on board before it takes over :D (any man who is willing to keep taking a 1 billion $$$ loss each year has only one agenda ;) world domination)

PS3 is said to not be able to be any sheaper than 450$ because of the blu - ray disc thingie they are using. The 350 is supposed to be 300-350$. IM gonna preorder it when a price comes out.

if PS3 is 450 and the XBOX360 is 350, im gonna have to go with Xbox. They both seem to offer the same amount of gaming and other cool shit, but the extra hundred i save on buying an Xbox is what would make me buy it over the PS3..
Sorry Sony:o
