yeah, did lead praise and worship, and i played plenty of youth events.... but there's a reason i'm not doing that stuff now... i was overly active in the church for years... and i've changed a lot over the last 4 years of my life... i no longer lead because i'm not in a position in life where i should be leading.... so if resigning my position because i didn't feel that i should be leading other people in praise and worship makes me a hypocrite so be it.

You go to the grocery store. When you walk out, you see a couple arguing by THEIR car. The man suddenly takes a grocery cart and starts ramming it into HIS car. Although it's technically illegal what he is doing, how is his actions going to have ANY effect on YOU?

Now, let's look at it in the flag's scenario.

Some idiot half-wit protestor decides to march in some anti-Bush rally down a public street. He decides on his own, for whatever stupid messed up reasons, to turn the American flag upside down as he's walking. He even decides to later on scribble on it, maybe even burn it and stomp on it. How does HIS actions to an inanimate object like a flag have ANY effect on you besides making you angry? If President Bush did it, I'd be concerned because he does have the control over the big red switch, right? But some nobody that is venting on the street about something he probably knows little to nothing about and wants to be a retard? It amounts to some idiot jumping off the roof of his house imitating a wrestler for his dumbass buddies who are video taping. It's a dumbass move, but the only person he's really hurting is himself, right? I wouldn't do it, you wouldn't do it, and maybe a million other people wouldn't do it. Hell, we all think they are dumbasses for doing it....burning the flag or jumping off their roof....take a pic.

My point is that even though you and I may find that kind of display moronic, it also serves a purpose. The purpose it serves is that we have to ALL abide by the Constitution of the United States which affords even retards certain rights. They will never come over and invade out country and take anything away from us. They will never fly over in masses and take over anything. So how in the fucking world is our freedom being defended by stomping into another country and telling them what to do? Their country was shitty before.. whoopdee fucking doo. It was THEIR country... not OURS. We were in no danger of being taken over by them. And for those of you who say that the WMD's that were THE REASON we went to war with Iraq , you are full of shit. Suddenly they were all carted off to somewhere else?? Bullshit. If we knew that, why are 'we' not taking number 1 priority of finding those and keeping them from other 'bad countries'? We aren't. And if they were moved out of country, i want to see concrete proof they were. Saddam was a weak leader anyway. So stop this "fighting for your freedom" bullshit. More people are dying over there for no good reason. This country has more important issues do deal with. I think our tax dollars would be much more well spent if we took all of those troops and put them on the fucking mexican border to stop this country from being over fucking run with illegals. Fuck building a bigger wall. If we can go to another country and oust a shitty leader and instill 'the american way' on them, why cant we defend our own country from invasion.... of wait, its because the illegals are not coming over with bombs and guns. Maybe they should though.... that might get some attention. And so what if we just pull out of there [Iraq] and they start fighting eachother and have a civil war.....they'll figure it out somehow, we don't need to be there babysitting them and keeping them from figuring out how to run their fucking country.

This was not written 'just to get a rise', this is how i actually feel about this shit. So any of you military people who think im against you, think again.... you deserve to be treated better then how you are being treated.
