Is it that hard to understand? Let me do as the above quote instructs me.
The year of 1776 was a year of several milestones. The weening of the United States of America took place in this year. Thomas Paine wrote Common Sense early in the year. Also, in that year, the first college fraternity formed. Now, are fraternities and sitting around the den studying all night and weekends synonymous with each other? No. How about fraternities and beer and partying and sex? You bet your $15 Wal-Mart jeans they are. So what better place to promote safe sex and help drive the pregnancy rate down than by selling your wares in an area known to have sexual prowesses. There will be a lot of parties, a lot of booze and a lot of Girls Gone Wild in the next couple of months with the onset of a new school year. America does not need any more unplanned pregnancies, unwanted children or college drop-outs so Wal-Mart, recognizing this, does it's share by putting safe sex instruments out on the floor and marking them down to be more attractive to the not so thoughtful college goers.
Anything else? Later, QD.

Sh!t w/ all the STD's around, that's a good idea. Better yet they should just give those out free at college's.

but you know what I meant, Wal Mart is always against something is some way shape or form and to actually promote something like that I found it extremely funny.. but kudos to them for promoting safe sex..
