omg ... rota didnt polish shit. all i did was take off the paint and the clear and they look fucking just like the "fully polished" slipstreams. but i havent taken all of the paint off yet just the face so far.

yea.. Rota didnt polish shit indeed.. they just clear coated the wheel in the raw form.. If you polish them bitches out they will be mirror faced.. good luck with that, i see you makin a business for yaself..

for u people with rotas and want them to look like this its a few easy steps
1. buy a shit load of aircraft paint remover.
2. buy alot of soft brillo pads to help get the paint off, wear gloves. shit burns
^^^^ this is the hardest and longest process thanks to fucking rota
for putting a thick ass primer coat. youll lose prolly 2 lbs of
each wheel.
3. make sure the wheels are dry and have all the paint chips and marks off the wheel
4. kill em with mothers polish, make sure follow directions on the label.

i know i still have to get the paint off the inside. workin on that.

but all i did is hit em with mothers.

how much did you use for that? I tried that with mine, used about 2 cans on one wheel and it didn't really do a whole lot. I'm trying to decide if I should try it again or just spend some money and have them sandblasted.
