Well I realize that the word what generally indicates that a question is being asked...However, what are you asking? If you are trying to say "WTF is a euro plate gonna do?" I might ask you what the hell do you mean. Why would you ask what a license plate is going to do? Do you expect the license plate to do something?

Also work on your grammar. It seems you are lost when it comes to puntuation. You fail to punctuate your question with a question mark, then on the second post you make a statement yet choose to use a question mark.
