It is a very nice phone but it is not 3G but an edge phone, you can get them at AT&T all day long for $500.00, also who ever buys the phone will have to sign a 2 years contract reguardless your current one, they just drop your current contract and start a new one with iphone plane. This phone is locked to AT&T and the new sim card is installed in the phone from the factory.
