for those asking what you do... basically you will be discussing healthcare over the phone with koreans, you have a script in front of you in korean you will be reading and you will be putting their responses in the computer in english:

Do you like your healthcare?

1) Yes
2) No

it is very easy 15$ an hour for those who can speak korean.
