Some are really cool and relaxed, only they have a ton of cash in the bank. Some are asses on and off their public personna anyway. Basically, running up to a celeb with your phone to take a pic really doesn't win you any cool points with that celeb at all. Trust me, that is exactly how they feel sometimes. Sometimes they'd just rather you just talk to them or ask them a question rather than try and snag a momento on the fly.
