I read an interview with this guy where he stated that the only surgeries he has had were to remove excess skin...I don't think he had any gastro-intestinal surgeries.

His documentary is supposed to be coming out later this year.

finally a story will be out there that shows that eating right and exercise is the only true blue way to lose weight. I can't stand people blaming their health on the fast paced lifestyle given to us by mcdonalds, burger king and such. Make time, the reason why America is obese is because there is no cure for laziness but your own self motivation. People want satisfaction now, yet they don't want to work now.

i always worked out, but let myself go(junk food/fast food/smoking) after military life. got tired of working out for "nothing", hell i couldnt show it off, trying to show my girl respect, but after i seen this cat built like i was, i found out who his trainer was(mark jenkins) and bought a program and worked out again. then i got hit.

this dude is my musical idol, he's a fuckin genius musically, but like most geniuses, he walks the thin line with that and insanity. tried too much shit, went into drugs and let himself go.
