I need 4x100 Steelies or somethign with good tires. Looking to get these cheap and have good or semi good tires. Need them for a friend. Preferably 14-15" rims. Let me know asap guys.

My friend might want that though, but he just bought steelies with like 95% tread on the tires. So iuno.
