07 silverado rim problem

i just bought an 07 silverado and am trying to put rim son it the rims are balnced and everything and the car doesnt shake at high speed but it does when i brake what could it be?

Your brake rotors are warped. Get Them turned or replaced.

the car is brand new i got it with 7 miles on it i dont think it the brakes cuz when we put the original rims on it drove fine

you probably have the same problem a lot of people have when they add aftermarket rims on a GM truck

there are brake rotor retainer clip causing the wheel not to sit flush against the rotor.

take the wheel off remove the rotor clips off all 4 wheels then reintall new wheels and vibration should be gone. if vibration is still present try hub centric rings
