car almost dies

ok so i have a 94 del sol w/ gsr swap w/ a/c, wenever i have the a/c on and im cumming to a stop the car goes down to like 200rpms and then idles normally, is this normal?

Check all your electrical connections and all your grounds to make sure they are tight and clean of dirt and corrosion, inluding your positive and negative battery terminals. Did the person that did the swap cut any corners anywhere??

no they didnt everything was done right

The a/c pump could be going bad, but I am leaning towards an electrical issue.
