Up for sale is a stock 95 240SX engine, transmission, the wires and the ecu. Looking to get 200 out of it.
Why I took it out
The Distributor was bad (I am not sure if it is just the cap or it is the whole thing), but what happened was I turned the car on, and within 20 seconds, it was gone. I tried to restart it, it cranked, but could not start. I called my friend over and find out that no sparks were coming from the 1st and the 4th cylinder. And a day later I decided to have a SR swap.
The engine has 200120 miles on it. Everything was working perfectly fine before it died. I am pretty sure it is the distributor is the cost of the problem. And if it is not the distributor that cost the problem, I will give you back 100 dollars, and you can keep the whole thing (trans, ecu, etc).
[email protected] is the best way to contact me. I check my email too often (I work at a computer store).
The engine is located on Buford Highway, within 2mins south of Jimmy Carter Blvd. The engine will be there for another week or two after the swap is done (it should be this week, but you never know).
Thank you
Jesse Tang
